Based on a local recommendation i used Urban Home Refurbishments Ltd to build our small extension and refurbish rest of house. The extension was completed on time and communication throughout the refurbishments was next thorough. The work was being completed while we were living in the house and the tradesman made sure to ensure minimal disruption and mess throughout the job and cleaned everyday leaving the place clean. They arrived at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday throughout the project and the attention to detail was impressive. Craig and his team done an amazing job and will always recommend them 100% to anyone that requires building works.

“I am extremely pleased with the professional and skilled way that Craig and him team carried out and completed the variety of building repairs on my home. The work varied from house painting, installing an extractor fan with cut off switch to fixing a whole in the roof and subsequent ceiling/wall damage. During the course of repairing the damaged roof Craig identified a major problem in the roof caused by damp. Very quickly Craig was able to price the extra work and carry out the additional work to keep the job on schedule. I appreciate the respect the professionals showed in my home.”

“Craig repaired my decking and fitted a new lighting system supplied by me a couple of years ago. He made an excellent job of it all round keeping to time and at a good cost. He also identified problems with condensation, provided advice on reducing this and fitted some ventilation to help during time of high condensation. Again a good job and innovative solution. Recently the decking lights transformer failed. Craig visited twice to diagnose the fault and replace defective parts at no charge as part of after care service.”
