We undertook a rear extension and installed at least eight RSI beams as we opened out living space. Based on a local recommendation i used Urban Home Refurbishments Ltd to build our small extension and refurbish rest of house. The extension was completed on time and communication throughout the refurbishments was next thorough. The work was being completed while we were living in the house and the tradesman made sure to ensure minimal disruption and mess throughout the job and cleaned everyday leaving the place clean. They arrived at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday throughout the project and the attention to detail was impressive. The work varied from house painting, installing an extractor fan with cut off switch to fixing a whole in the roof and subsequent ceiling/wall damage. Recently the decking lights transformer failed. Craig visited twice to diagnose the fault and replace defective parts at no charge as part of after care service.”
