Mariusz and his team came to renovate two bathrooms in my maisonette in January 2021. They ended up staying until May 2021 and redecorating my entire apartment including building a new staircase with spindles and newel post, fitting a dado rail, laying composite decking on my roof terrace, fitting new lighting and electrics and fitting a kitchen island as well as painting the entire property. They did a fantastic job. They are hard working, efficient, fair priced and honest. Mariusz always gives you his professional opinion and will advise what is suitable or not for the job. It is so hard to find a builder you can rely on in London. Based on a local recommendation i used Urban Home Refurbishments Ltd to build our small extension and refurbish rest of house. The extension was completed on time and communication throughout the refurbishments was next thorough. The work was being completed while we were living in the house and the tradesman made sure to ensure minimal disruption and mess throughout the job and cleaned everyday leaving the place clean. They arrived at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday throughout the project and the attention to detail was impressive. Craig and his team done an amazing job and will always recommend them 100% to anyone that requires building works.

Recently the decking lights transformer failed. Craig visited twice to diagnose the fault and replace defective parts at no charge as part of after care service.”
