Bhupinder has been an exemplary contractor. My mum needed a complete home renovation including structural work. I live overseas and came back for 1 week to find a contractor. Having heard numerous horror stories from friends, and several neighbors, the process was daunting. Bhupinder explained everything to us, he listened to our needs and made appropriate recommendations. He has kept me updated with videos of work progress, regular texts and calls. The work has been excellent, on time and everyone turns up daily. His workers are polite, respectful and are very kind to my mum who is living in the house during this process. Even when he was taking a much needed vacation he called and text to make sure the final details were being taken care off. Every person who he has recommended to do additional work outside of his expertise has been superlative. I am so grateful we were able to find someone who clearly knows what he is doing, is fully licensed and takes the time to keep his credentials up to date - I mention that as he took a continuing education course during the project. The work finished on schedule despite my mums multiple additional changes and requests. He was flexible and accommodating. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

30 Sept 2023 We are really pleased with the job Elegance has just finished for us, it was a garage conversion with an under stair passage, plus a new porch and some complex steel work to create a bigger kitchen. They quoted 6 weeks and delivered to that timescale. The Elegance team stood out for their sheer hard work, working each day until a task was completed (sometimes 7pm) rather than clocking off at 4pm. They are professional and tidy and the work has all been of excellent quality, fully meeting building regs. Bhupinder is an experienced master builder, and he made some good suggestions which we took on board, for example he modified the design of our staircase giving us a much higher headroom for a passage underneath the landing, than we had thought was possible. This was then approved by the buildings inspector. The price and value for money was excellent and we fully recommend Elegance to others who looking to have building work done.

Elegance Construction Bhupinder and his team are nearing completion on a single storey rear extension and full house renovation. The team are there 6 days a week from 8 am to 5pm most days if not later. Some of the suggestions made by Elegance we're brilliant. As a first time self-build, selecting our builder was a significant decision.  KJS Build came highly recommended and our experience just reinforced that view.  Their knowledge, skill and experience comes from many years in the trade and was evident on a daily basis.  At a delivery level, KJS proved reliable and exceptionally well organised.  Their attention to detail was exemplary with many helpful suggestions resulting in a wonderful home.  Kevin and his site manager, Alex, run an efficient and tidy operation with the broom in constant use!  KJS set the standard expected of their sub-contractors and hold them to it.  Our build was completed in exactly 12 months, almost 3 weeks ahead of contract and all that achieved in the midst of Covid.  Since completion, KJS have immediately responded to any issues and managed the follow up with the same enthusiasm as the build.  Overall an outstanding experience.  Thank you KJS!

Nick and his team did an excellent job of repairing some brick work on our garage and fixing some guttering. They worked quickly, cleaning up after themselves each day and the work was completed within the time frame indicated. 9 Yards Construction have just completed some renovation work on our living room and kids playroom: knocking out an old fireplace, boarding and plastering both ceilings, replacing all the cornicing and ceiling roses, among a few other smaller bits. Granted this was not a big job for them, but Mo (the boss) and his team were SUPERB - a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, they even mopped at the end of each day. I can’t recommend them enough. Whilst they’re based in Esher, they work all over SW London (and beyond) and would be well worth a call if you’re in need of any building work doing.
