Upon graduating, Tim started his career with an Esher based building company where he focused predominantly on, and ended up running, the structural side of projects whilst becoming a fully qualified carpenter. During this time he joined forces with Adam. With Adam’s experience in the industry and Tim’s background in engineering, they eventually began running large projects together, complementing and combining their skill sets. After several years working alongside one another, Ash Carpentry and Construction was established.
