Our process
1. **First contact** We briefly discuss your project, timeline, plans (if any), and anything else on your mind.
2. **Site visit** It is essential that we book a site visit to get a true understanding of the project.
3. **Quotation pack** Within one week, you will receive a quotation pack providing a full breakdown of the scope of work.
4. **Follow up questions** If you have questions or want to talk more about the quote, we can schedule another meeting to address them.
5. **References** We can introduce you to our most recent customers and show you the quality of our work first-hand.
6. **Contract** If we are agreed, great! We can put a contract in place and prepare for works to start.
7. **Throughout the build** Available 24/7 to discuss any queries you have. Regular financial updates. Regular catch-ups to discuss progress and schedule adherence.
8. **Guarantee** 5-year guarantee for major structural components. 2-year guarantee for workmanship and materials.
