About Us
Heathermount Construction Ltd was formed in 2021 and is run by father and daughter, Simon and Abbi, who have over 50 years combined experience within the building and project management industry. Heathermount are based in Totton and cover the New Forest, Waterside and all surrounding areas of the M27 corridor.
Who we are
Simon (formerly known via Lightfoot & Son Builders) started his career as a bricklayer, and over (many!) years has built a strong reputation for his building and project management abilities. Having worked mainly on projects across Hampshire, he has on several occasions been requested to work over seas due to his level of expertise. Many customers have used Simon on a regular basis because he can get the job done, and get it done right.
Abbi has worked both in the public and private housing sector leading on property management, repair services and house refurbishments. Throughout the years she has specialised in working with customers who have specific mobility and mental health needs as well as working with clients needing additional eye to detail due to the high end nature of the projects she has been asked to deliver.
